Our significant investment in technology over the past decade has put us at the forefront of the online gaming industry – a position we intend to retain through a continuous programme of development and investment.

Being in control of our own software has been a key driver of our success and allows us to differentiate our offer from those of our competitors but also to move quickly in response to changes to regulatory and consumer requirements. 

Our plan is to offer each of our product verticals through its own technology platform, one that draws upon the best elements of our existing infrastructure. We have a technology-based culture focused on integrity, speed, reliability and scalability, all of which are prerequisites for sustainable and profitable growth.

The bulk of our core technology and systems are proprietary in nature but we also hold licences to use all of the third-party software that we need and that is material to our business. Our commitment to quality has allowed us to succeed not just in the business-to-consumer market but also in the business-to-business market by offering both governments and large international corporations access to our flexible, reliable and trusted online gaming platforms.  This is a further testament to the quality of our services.

Having launched into two newly regulated markets (Italy, France, Denmark, Spain and Belgium), we have continued to optimise our processes for entry into new markets. Our approach is founded upon using a common and scaleable gaming platform, one that allows players to access a full range of games using a single account and single log-in.   Drawing upon our significant experience built-up over the last decade, we are one of only a few operators that have the strength and depth to address the challenges of creating ring-fenced liquidity pools in multiple markets and taking meaningful market share.
 
The integrity, reliability and operational performance of our gaming software are key. This is why our gaming systems are regularly tested for fairness and reliability by iTech Labs, an independent testing agency – when it comes to technology, we do not leave anything to chance.
