Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee meets regularly to ensure that we have effective controls and policies in place regarding (i) responsible gaming including the prevention of underage or problem gambling, (ii) compliance with gaming licences, (iii) anti money laundering, (iv) the fairness and integrity of the gaming systems, (v) privacy and data protection, (vi) employment codes of conduct and health and safety, (vii) charitable donations, (viii) our suppliers and service providers, and (ix) the our impact on the environment. The Ethics Committee also oversees the resolution of any issues concerning the company, its directors, senior managers or shareholders that impact the group’s application for or maintenance of any gaming licence. The Ethics Committee is chaired by Tim Bristow and its other members are Per Afrell, Helmut Kern and Lord Moonie.
