We are a cosmopolitan organisation and have a diverse employee profile, in fact we employ people from more than 50 nationalities, working in offices in some of the world’s most stunning locations: London, Paris, Rome, Los Angeles, Sofia, Vienna, Milan, Munich, Stockholm, Tel Aviv, Hyderabad and of course Gibraltar, where our headquarters are based.

Our business is also dependent upon a variety of key skill-sets. For example, we build our own online entertainment products and have dedicated teams of people who design, build and drive the development of a diverse range of products and services, ensuring that we remain ahead of our competitors.

Its not all about creativity, the scale of our business requires that we also recruit the very best professionals in areas such as finance, marketing, legal, HR and customer service. Operating in so many countries, languages can certainly be a help but are not usually a requirement.

Being at the vanguard of eCommerce, technology is at the heart of our business and so we employ highly trained and specialist IT staff to make sure everything runs smoothly.

All these teams focus on making our products successful but we also have world class teams in HR, Finance and Legal looking after the people, financial and regulatory health of our business.
