bwin.party is looking for the "best of the best" and as a result we have a rigorous recruitment process.

Stage1: Register and apply for a job with an up-to-date CV.
Stage 2: Your CV will be screened against the role you have applied for.
Stage 3: You will be invited to a telephone interview with a member of the Resourcing Team.
Stage 4: If successful at stage 3, you will be asked to complete any required skills or psychometric testing.
Stage 5: Face-to-face interviews – there could be between one and three interviews with your hiring manager and other stakeholders.
Stage 6: If you are successful at interview we will make you an offer and invite you to sign a contract of employment.
Stage 7: Onboarding - we will manage any required or approved relocation and support your induction into the company.
