B2B
Complementing our business-to-consumer ('B2C') offering, we also provide business-to-business ('B2B') services to a limited number of third parties. This involves using our gaming infrastructure to provide a range of services to third parties which then market these services under their own brands.
Whilst there are many B2B suppliers in the marketplace, our approach is significantly different from that of a traditional supplier.
We are focused on securing only a small number of high value customers, each of which is able to advance our strategic objectives. Relationships that can provide access to markets we would not otherwise be able to enter or which might contribute other significant value such as player liquidity in markets where player pools are restricted to locally-based players would be of particular interest to us.
In return, we offer full access to our technology and associated assets including game software, hosting, player pool access, responsible gaming controls, service management tools, data mining tools as well as the business intelligence needed to deploy them successfully. Our willingness to share our leading customer acquisition and retention marketing expertise has proven to be a key factor in our success.

The Group also operates a more traditional B2B supplier model via our subsidiary, Ongame.
Ongame is a world class supplier of online gaming services and counts among its customers some of the leading lights of the industry including Betfair, PAF, Betsson and Gala Coral to name but a few.
