Regulatory authorities

The operational business of bwin.party is conducted by subsidiaries and associated companies based on licenses in Gibraltar, Italy, France, Argentina and Mexico. The Group holds additional licenses in Austria, Kahnawake, South Africa and Alderney and has a partnership agreement with the owner of a German GDR sports betting licence.

The Group’s subsidiaries and associated companies are hence subject to the strict supervisory requirements of numerous national regulatory bodies and are audited accordingly. Thanks to our wide-ranging and long-lasting expertise in the online gaming sector, we have established ourselves as a reliable point of contact for various national regulatory bodies.

On top of national regulation we have adopted several self-regulatory standards from international consumer protection associations.
